Groupon and Living Social Policies

First, we would like to thank you for considering our studio. We are excited to have the opportunity to share the Barefoot Studio experience with you.

Below we have tried to put together clarifications of a few rules and restrictions of these amazing deals, along with some other information that tends to be the most frequently asked.

1. These deals are for new clients only.

We have chosen to utilize these companies to help us introduce Barefoot Studio to potential new clients. However, operating costs being what they are, the company simply can’t afford to have this rule be any other way. It is stated in the fine print of every deal that is ran.

If you are a returning client who has accidentally purchased one of these deals: We will put the amount of money you spent towards the full price version of the deal you purchased.

2. There are expiration dates.

If you purchased a yoga deal, the voucher MUST be activated by the expiration date. From the date you come in to activate your passes, you will be given a period of time to utilize those passes. There will be no extensions of dates on the passes.

Spa services must be rendered by the expiration date. Please do NOT wait until the actual day that your voucher expires to call and try to get a same day appointment, you run the risk of us being completely booked up.

If you purchased a Groupon or Living social that is currently expired: We will put the amount of money you spent toward the full price version of the deal you purchased.
